2021 Nissan Rogue

It's time for a new perspective, one that can help you identify what you need for the journey. Like the suite of six standard features below that look out for you in every direction. The 2021 Rogue has the most standard safety technologies in its class, which is peace of mind you can enjoy, mile after mile.

Click to watch how tech inspires confidence as you drive.

Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection

Rogue looks out for what's ahead and for people crossing in front of you. Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian and Cyclist Detection monitors your speed and distance between you and the car ahead, and can let you know if you need to slow down.

It can also automatically engage the brakes to help avoid a frontal collision or lessen the severity of an impact. And when it detects a pedestrian in the crosswalk, it can stop you in your tracks.

Rear Automatic Braking

Save your bumper. Rogue with class-exclusive standard Rear Automatic Braking watches out directly behind you for large stationary items you might not see.

If it detects something and you fail to stop, it can automatically engage the brakes to help avoid a rear collision or lessen the severity of an impact.

Blind Spot Warning

Wait. Was that a car over there? Rogue with Blind Spot Warning helps keep an eye on the blind spot area and gives you a heads-up if it detects a vehicle hiding there.

Rear Cross Traffic Alert

Fear no parking lot, or driveway. When you're backing out of your space, Rear Cross Traffic Alert watches around the rear of your Rogue and can warn you about cars it detects creeping up on you from either side.

Lane Departure Warning

Hold it right there. Lane Departure Warning helps make sure you change lanes only when you mean to.

If the system detects that you're drifting over, a gentle buzz on the steering wheel can let you know.

High Beam Assist

High Beam Assist can automatically deactivate Rogue's high beams if it detects an oncoming vehicle, a response appreciated by everyone. After the driver has passed, the system can reactivate the high beams.

In addition, Rogue is equipped with front and rear seat-mounted side-impact supplemental air bags, front-seat knee air bags, and roof-mounted curtain side-impact supplemental air bags with rollover sensor.

Zone Body Construction

When a collision is unavoidable, front and rear Zone Body Construction offer protection by helping to absorb the energy of an impact and directing it away from you and your passengers.

Snug Kids®

An industry first, Snug Kids® helps parents find the right seat for their vehicle. The result is the Snug Kids® Child Safety Seat Fit Guide which helps parents confidently select a Child Safety Restraint System (CRS) that fits their vehicle while also providing valuable tips on the proper fit of a CRS.

Easy-Fill Tire Alert

It can be hard to know when tires are at the proper pressure. Easy-Fill Tire Alerts takes the guesswork out of filling your tires, with a beep of the horn to let you know when you've reached the correct pressure.

Anti-lock Braking System

When you have to brake suddenly, the Anti-lock Braking System can pump the brakes faster than you can. This helps you maintain control by preventing wheel lockup, which in turn allows you to steer around obstacles.

EBD and Brake Assist

Electronic Brake force Distribution can detect extra weight in the back and adjusts the rear brakes accordingly, while Brake Assist applies maximum braking power when it senses you are in an emergency to help you stop quicker.
